Alert in Madrid: Aemet forecasts snow at low elevations due to Storm Harry

Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (Aemet) has issued a special warning over the imminent arrival of Storm Harry, which threatens heavy snowfall and persistent rain across much of Spain. The centre of the peninsula, and Madrid in particular, is in the spotlight because snow may reach low altitudes in the coming days.
