Barcelona gains a different proposal for people seeking to switch off without giving up a festive atmosphere. Spa Rave returns on 19 March to Inner Flow (Passeig del Mare Nostrum, 15) with an experience that mixes well-being, music and socialising. The event begins at 19:45 and the organisers recommend arriving earlier to get changed: the dress code is clear, swimsuit and flip-flops. The evening starts with a collective guided meditation to connect body and mind. Afterwards, the atmosphere transforms with a live DJ set and a saxophone duo, accompanying an aquatic celebration with organic rhythms until 21:00.
Inner Flow, located by the sea, has established itself as a benchmark wellness space in Barcelona, with activities ranging from yoga to themed events such as Spa Rave. Tickets for this edition are still available for €24.
