Barcelona prepares an unforgettable Fin de Año 2025 with drones, music and the Font Màgica

Barcelona is getting ready to welcome 2026 with a spectacular celebration on the avenue Maria Cristina. The city will host an event full of music, fireworks, drones, and the long-awaited return of the Font Màgica de Montjuïc, all in a night that promises strong emotions.

The City Council has confirmed that the traditional chimes will kick off the party, followed by an impressive fireworks display. The soundtrack, by Barcelona musician Marc Parrot, will blend traditional Catalan sounds with modern touches to see out the year in a unique way.

The French company Groupe F, responsible for recent editions, will once again surprise the public with a drone show that will light up the Barcelona sky. The event will begin at 23:50 and continue until 00:15, allowing everyone to enjoy an unforgettable visual and musical experience.

As a new feature, the Font Màgica de Montjuïc will once again be part of the show, accompanying the music, fireworks, and drones to create a magical atmosphere in the heart of the city.

The show will be divided into four parts, each inspired by the elements air, water, earth, and fire. Each segment will reflect aspects of the Catalan character and will be accompanied by a soundtrack that transforms traditional instruments such as tenoras, tibles, flabioles, fiscorns, grallas, and guitars into contemporary sounds.
