Barcelona and Manresa connected at night: new night buses and more stops

Barcelona and Manresa launch night buses this weekend. Three departures in each direction every night. Key stops at Zona Universitaria, Francesc Macià and more. Discover the schedules and details of the new service.

This weekend, the bus line between Manresa and Barcelona launches its long-awaited night service. For the first time, travellers will be able to travel between the two cities on Friday-to-Saturday and Saturday-to-Sunday nights and on public holidays, with three services in each direction.

Line 530, operated by Monbus after renewing the concession, extends its usual route to include stops in Castellgalí and Sant Vicenç de Castellet, as well as Monistrol and Olesa. The night journey starts from Manresa bus station and also picks up passengers at Plaça Valldaura.

On weekend nights, buses will leave Manresa at 00:00, 2:00 and 4:00. The first regular daytime service remains at 6:00. On the route towards Barcelona, the bus stops at La Farinera (Castellgalí), Plaça del Pi (Sant Vicenç de Castellet), l’Alvènia park and Can Gomis (Monistrol de Montserrat), Els Clossos roundabout and Plaça Catalunya (Olesa de Montserrat). Once in Barcelona, key stops include Zona Universitaria, Palau Reial, Maria Cristina, Plaça Francesc Macià, the Muntaner–Còrsega corner and Gran Via. The full journey can take up to an hour and a half.

In the opposite direction, buses leave Barcelona at 1:40, 3:40 and 5:40, with departures from Maria Cristina and Gran Via according to the timetable. On working days, the first bus leaves Barcelona at 4:50 and Gran Via at 5:15. All towns along the route retain their usual stops, ending at Manresa bus station.
