A century-old pastry shop and a digital art museum come together in Sant Pere. The result: a pink croissant with raspberry and chocolate. Only 100 metres separate the two venues. Discover the sweetest collaboration of the year.

Brunells pastry shop and Museu Moco, located just 100 metres apart in the Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera neighbourhood, have joined forces to launch a unique creation: the croissart, an artistic pink croissant that fuses pastry-making tradition with contemporary art.

The collaboration arose from the proximity and shared values of the two venues. Andreu Sayó, Brunells' master pastry chef, explains that the idea emerged after several conversations between neighbours and from the desire to create something special for the neighbourhood.

Inspired by the pink colour that dominates Museu Moco's graphic identity, Sayó has designed a heart-shaped croissant filled with raspberry and covered with pink-tinted chocolate. The result is a product that draws attention not only for its appearance, but also for its balanced flavour.

The initiative allows customers to buy a combined ticket: visit the museum first thing and then have breakfast at Brunells. In this way, art and gastronomy come together in an exclusive experience for those looking for something different in Barcelona.

The base of the croissart is the same dough that made Brunells famous, recognised as the best in Spain in 2020 and 2024. The price to try this special edition is €5 and it is only available at the pastry shop.
