Do you know which are Barcelona's most feared speed cameras in 2025? The one on Meridiana remains in the lead, but there are surprises on the list. Fewer fines, but more changes in the top 10. Check the ranking and avoid unexpected penalties.

Barcelona maintains its fight against speeding in 2025, with the most active speed cameras spread across the city's main arteries. Although the total number of penalties has fallen by 32% compared with 2024, some devices continue to accumulate thousands of fines and surprise with changes in the ranking.

The speed camera on avenida Meridiana, at number 563 and inbound, is once again the one issuing the most penalties, although its figures fall from 34,652 to 23,542 fines. This road, which connects with the C-58 and C-33, remains the main checkpoint for drivers arriving from Vallès.

Second place changes hands: the speed camera at Via Augusta, 331, rises one place and reaches 19,994 penalties, monitoring traffic coming from the C-16. Meanwhile, the speed camera on Ronda de Dalt (B-20), at km 14.343 and in the Llobregat direction, drops to fourth place with 15,774 fines.

In third place is the device at avenida Diagonal, 671, also inbound, with 17,551 penalties. This road, key for vehicles from Baix Llobregat, consolidates its presence in the top 3.

The 2025 ranking brings new entries: the speed camera at Balmes Street, 294, enters in fifth place with 10,944 fines. It is followed by the one at Numància Street, 163, at the junction with Anglesola, which rises one place and totals 10,850 penalties.

The ring roads remain hotspots. The speed camera on Ronda de Dalt (B-20), between km 14.4 and 15.1 in the Besòs direction, holds seventh place with 9,851 fines. In eighth place, the one on Ronda Litoral (B-10), km 2, by Bon Pastor (Sant Andreu), records 8,876 penalties.

Two new entries complete the top 10: the speed camera at Muntaner Street, 158, between Còrsega and Rosselló, with 8,123 fines, and the one at Mallorca Street, 618, opposite Dovella public school, with 7,531 penalties.

In total, these ten speed cameras have processed 133,036 penalties up to 12 December 2025. The main inbound roads and ring roads account for most of the penalty activity, despite the overall reduction in fines.

In addition, since 12 December, two new fixed speed cameras have monitored Ronda Litoral (B-10) at Zona Franca, at km 16.1, expanding the city's monitoring network.
