Donating blood in Madrid could now take you to Rosalía's concert
Madrid is launching a blood and plasma donation marathon with a special incentive: a draw for two tickets to Rosalía's concert at Movistar Arena on 30 March. The campaign aims to bolster supplies before Easter Week.
To take part, simply donate at the Centro de Transfusión de la Comunidad de Madrid, in Vicálvaro, by booking an appointment in advance by phone or email. The usual requirements apply: you must be of legal age, weigh more than 50 kilos, and be in good health.
The initiative highlights the importance of plasma, which is essential for treatments and hospital emergencies, at a time when demand is rising.
Beyond the incentive, the campaign links solidarity with urban leisure. It affects the whole city, as maintaining reserves ensures healthcare in hospitals and can make a difference in critical situations. In the short term, the campaign will be active during these days leading up to Semana Santa. For citizens, it is a double opportunity: to support the healthcare system and, with luck, enjoy one of the most anticipated concerts of the year.
