Barça returns home: the Gamper will mark the return to Camp Nou on 10 August

It will be on the coming 10 August, as part of the Trofeu Joan Gamper, that FC Barcelona returns to its stadium after the refurbishment works. The announcement has come in the form of an emotive video featuring president Joan Laporta, the culé supporters, l’avi del Barça, the timbaler del Bruc and, as the central figure, the stadium itself.

The audiovisual piece begins with Laporta connecting a cable to a series of loudspeakers laid out on the pitch. The sound becomes a call that crosses the city and reaches Bruc, where the drummer responds with rolls that resound like an ancestral heartbeat. One by one, supporters begin to approach the stadium, guided by the echo of the drums and shouts of “Barça”.

Among them are l’avi del Barça and his granddaughter, witnesses to generations of passion. Everyone gathers to admire a renewed Camp Nou, more than a stadium: a symbol. The video ends with a simple but powerful message: “Tornem a casa, vibrem” and a date: 10/08/25.
