Madrid bids farewell to the historic Café Central in Plaza del Ángel and welcomes it to the Ateneo

The legendary Café Central will leave its premises in Plaza del Ángel on 16 April. The jazz club is moving to the Ateneo de Madrid after its lease was not renewed. There will be street parades and concerts to bid farewell to one era and welcome another in the city’s cultural calendar.
