CE Europa grows in Gràcia with a new shop and offices on Pau Alsina
CE Europa will open its first official physical shop in Gràcia in the coming months. The club has chosen a two-storey premises at number 119 Pau Alsina, a short distance from Nou Sardenya, which will also house its new administrative offices and provide in-person service to members and fans.
The refurbishment work has already begun, although Europa has not yet announced a specific opening date. The commercial space will occupy the street-level floor and will make it possible to expand the catalogue of shirts, clothing and other official products that until now have been sold mainly through the club's online shop.
The other floor will be devoted to offices. Part of the administrative management will be centralised there, and a specific area will be provided to serve members and supporters, avoiding concentrating all these procedures in the facilities linked to the stadium.
The change comes during one of Europa's periods of greatest recent growth. By the end of 2025, the club had already gone from 757 to 3,643 members in barely two years. In sporting terms, it has also moved up two divisions in three seasons: it was promoted to Segunda Federación in 2023 and reached Primera Federación in 2025.
Last season it took a further step and played in the play-off for promotion to Segunda División. In the 2026-2027 season it is competing again in Primera Federación, although its home matches will remain far from Gràcia: in July, members chose to continue at Can Dragó while Nou Sardenya awaits the work needed to install natural grass.
The opening of Pau Alsina, 119 will make it possible to keep part of the club's day-to-day activity in the neighbourhood precisely during that period. Europa's current registered office is at Pau Alsina, 140, linked to Nou Sardenya; the new space will therefore be practically in the same surroundings where the club maintains its historic roots.
The announcement also has an unusual commercial dimension for a club in this division. Rather than limiting merchandise to the internet or sales linked to matches, Europa will for the first time have a permanent street-level establishment where any fan can go in during the day.
The club has not yet given details of the premises' square metres, opening hours or the date on which it will start operating. Those will be the next details that make it possible to know when Pau Alsina will definitively incorporate the new escapulada shop.
