The 47th edition of the Cursa de Sant Antoni has produced two standout names: Mohamed El Ghazouany and Cristina Silva. The former has broken the men’s course record, while Silva has secured her fourth victory in the women’s category, an unprecedented milestone in the history of the race.

El Ghazouany, of CA Albacete, crossed the finish line in 28 minutes and 56 seconds, setting a new mark and leaving his rivals behind by almost a minute. Artur Bossy, of Cárnicas Serrano, was second, and Dmitrjs Serjogins, of La Sansi, completed the podium.

In the women’s competition, Cristina Silva, representing Ironwill, stopped the clock at 34 minutes and 12 seconds. With this win, she now has four victories in Sant Antoni, surpassing any other athlete in the history of the race. Marina Begur was second in 35:42, while María Ruiz took third place in 36 minutes and 32 seconds.
