Open for barely six months, the bakery has already earned a prominent place on the city’s gastronomic scene. Each loaf is made with organic flour, slow fermentation, and great care, resulting in a soft and elastic crumb, a crunchy crust, and a touch of acidity with hints of nuts that delighted the jury.
