San Sebastián’s Mercado Agroalimentario unveils a new location and surprises in Tempranales

The Mercado Agroalimentario de San Sebastián begins a new stage by moving to the Tempranales neighbourhood from 10 January. The event, to be held at Glorieta Lagos de Covadonga, will retain its usual appointment on the second Saturday of every month, from 10.00 to 15.00.

Under the slogan 'From the Dehesa to Your Table', the market brings together producers from Madrid, prioritising those with the 'M de Madrid' label and other food-quality and safety certificates. The new location will allow new exhibitors to join, expanding the offer of fresh and artisan products such as cheeses, fresh pasta, pulses, honey and fruit, all without intermediaries.

To celebrate the change of location, the City Council has announced a musical performance at 12.30. In addition, attendees will receive a free cloth bag and can take part in a draw for local products. The Mercado Agroalimentario de San Sebastián thus promises a renewed, flavour-filled experience in Tempranales.
