A new neighbourhood with municipal housing and a park to be built in Carabanchel

In Carabanchel, on the site where the old San Miguel swimming pools once stood, a new neighbourhood will be built with municipal housing and a green area. The project will combine housing, green spaces, and small shops, creating a comfortable and modern place to live. The new green area will connect seamlessly with the existing parks, and the neighbourhood’s design will allow it to blend harmoniously into the surrounding urban environment, including the historic wall of the Sacramento cemetery.
