Festigàbal 2026 fills Gràcia with free concerts and surprises
This August, Festigàbal will once again bring music to the Festa Major de Gràcia. The festival, promoted by Heliogàbal, will be held on 15 and 16 August in the Jardins de la Sedeta, with free admission and a programme designed to mix the local scene, discoveries and neighbourhood atmosphere.
The event has established itself as one of the most eagerly anticipated musical plans of the festivities. At a time when many summer concerts involve expensive tickets or large venues, Festigàbal retains its open, close-knit and free format, with the audience standing and music woven into the life of Gràcia.
The first night will be Saturday 15 August and will begin at 20:00 with Irieix. Partiperes, Habla de mí en presente, a performance still to be confirmed and DJ Cobo will then follow, with DJ Cobo closing the day after midnight.
On Sunday 16 August, the programme will continue with Gigi Ros at 20:00. The evening will go on with Ypnosi, FADES, Balma and Ryna DJ, completing a second day that maintains the balance between new proposals, pop, electronic music, dancing and local music.
Jardins de la Sedeta will once again be the festival's main venue. Its location, in the heart of Gràcia's neighbourhood fabric, allows Festigàbal to function as a meeting point for residents, visitors and music audiences seeking less predictable proposals within the local festival each year.
The programme fits with the spirit of Heliogàbal, a small but highly influential venue on Barcelona's music scene. Its commitment to emerging bands, cult artists and alternative proposals has turned Festigàbal into an open-air extension of that musical identity.
The Festa Major de Gràcia will be held from 15 to 21 August and will once again fill the neighbourhood with decorated streets, popular activities, neighbourhood culture and nights of heavy foot traffic. In that context, Festigàbal adds a musical layer that goes beyond the traditional street party.
The event offers a very recognisable image of summer in Barcelona: free concerts, full squares, unexpected discoveries and a neighbourhood that turns music into part of its celebration.
