Special public transport schedules in Barcelona during the Christmas holidays

During the Christmas celebrations in Barcelona, public transport will adjust its usual timetables. TMB buses will complete their last journeys from their starting stops at 22:00 on 24 December. The metro will operate until 23:00 on Christmas Eve, while on 25 and 26 December it will run from 05:00 until 02:00.

On New Year’s Eve, the metro will offer uninterrupted service throughout the day. On 5 January, the eve of Epiphany, the timetable will be extended until 02:00, and on 6 January the service will end at midnight. In addition, the Barcelona Bus Turístic will not run on the designated public holidays.

These changes seek to facilitate mobility during the festivities and adapt to user demand on significant dates. It is recommended that timetables be checked before planning any journey in the city.
