InterOcio returns to Madrid and turns IFEMA into the epicentre of family leisure. Board games, tournaments and workshops for everyone. A key event for those seeking different plans and new developments in entertainment.
Madrid has a new essential plan for anyone looking for leisure alternatives with family or friends. The International Leisure and Entertainment Fair, known as InterOcio, returns to IFEMA and turns the venue into a major meeting point for fans of board games, card tournaments and participatory activities. The event, held from 13 to 15 March, offers a programme designed for all audiences and ages.
The event is organised into different themed areas. The exhibitors' area brings together the leading domestic and international new developments in board games and entertainment. The Mercurio InterShow stage hosts award ceremonies, competitions and talks, while the demonstration tables allow visitors to try games by independent authors and as-yet unpublished prototypes. Official tournaments are concentrated in the Hobbynext Arena, while those who prefer more informal games can visit the free-play area.
The programme is rounded off with workshops, training sessions and exclusive presentations in the TCG Factory Interworkshop room, as well as a space dedicated to artists and a TCG zone for fans of collectible card games. The fair thus seeks to offer a complete experience in which visitors can discover trends, learn new dynamics and share time as a community.
Tickets for InterOcio are already available from 8.50 euros. Opening hours vary by day: Friday is open from 16:00 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00. The event promises to become one of the most attractive weekend plans for anyone looking for something different in the city.
IFEMA Madrid, a regular venue for major fairs and events, is consolidating its position as a key space in the capital's cultural and social life. Its location and connections make it accessible from different neighbourhoods, and its capacity allows it to host initiatives that bring together thousands of people. InterOcio is an example of how the venue adapts to new trends and audiences, strengthening Madrid's role as a benchmark in leisure and entertainment.
