Moratalaz fills Cuña Verde with craft beer, 115 varieties, food trucks and plans for the whole neighbourhood
This weekend, Moratalaz Craft Beer Fair brings together in Cuña Verde more than a dozen breweries from Spain and Scotland, seven food trucks, children's workshops and concerts in a free event that turns the park into one of the most complete plans of the Madrid spring.

This weekend, Moratalaz has one more reason to get out into the street and enjoy the neighbourhood. The Moratalaz Craft Beer Fair turns Cuña Verde park into a meeting point for people looking for different plans without leaving Madrid. More than a dozen breweries, both national and international, offer more than 115 varieties of beer in an atmosphere designed for everyone: families, groups of friends and even people out walking their dog.
The Ruta del Lúpulo, the event organiser, is committed to bringing craft beer culture closer to an increasingly curious public. Among the names present are Bacterio, Dichosa, Tenta, Go!, One Beer, Albufera, The One and Reliquia de la Abadía, alongside a brewery from Scotland. Local and international representation share the taps as the park fills with aromas and conversation.
The food offer does not lag behind. Seven food trucks serve gourmet burgers, cachopos, Venezuelan specialities, German sausages and sweet crêpes. The plan is completed by free workshops for children, from badge-making to painting and juggling, as well as a wooden games area. Background music and live concerts accompany the day, which lasts until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and until 22:00 on Sunday. Admission is free, although trying the beers requires purchasing the festival’s official glass.
