Spain's largest natural swimming pool reopens in Madrid

The outdoor swimming season is about to begin, and Madrid is preparing to reopen one of its most spectacular spots: the Riosequillo natural pool. With its 4,500 square metres of surface area, it is the largest in Spain and will be open to the public from Tuesday 24 June 2025. Located in Buitrago de Lozoya, beside the riverbank and fed by waters from the Riosequillo reservoir, this pool is a true natural oasis.
