Lavapiés fills with concerts: La Radio Encendida returns to La Casa Encendida on 23 March

Next Sunday, Madrid's routine will be disrupted by one of those events that set the city's cultural pulse: La Radio Encendida returns to La Casa Encendida with a proposal inviting people to experience live music for more than eleven hours, free of charge. The festival, already a classic of Madrid spring, brings together more than twenty bands and artists, mixing established names and new voices beginning to make a strong impact on the local scene.

This year's line-up is committed to variety and rhythm. In the Patio, the public will be able to move to the beat of La Plazuela, Tito Ramírez, CERVATANA, Dora Band, Estrogenuinas, Mujeres, El Kanka, Los Vinagres, Veintiuno, el diablo de shanghai, Repion and Ginebras. Meanwhile, the Auditorio will host acts such as Cristian de Moret, De Ninghures, Niños Luchando, Monstruo Laberinto, Maria Rodés, Júlia Colom, Biodramina Mood, Teo Planell, Cora Yako and Boyanka Kostova. In addition, Sala A will be filled with DJ sessions by José Manuel Sebastián, María Taosa, Bruno Freire, Cristina Moreno and Nacho Álvaro, bringing a different atmosphere to every corner of the building.

Access to the concerts is free, but requires advance online booking, with a maximum of two invitations per person and block. Tickets will be released in two batches: Friday 13 March, from 9:00, for the Auditorio concerts; and Friday 20 March, also from 9:00, for the Patio performances. The day starts at 12:00 and runs until 21:30, turning Sunday into an opportunity to discover new music and enjoy the city from another perspective.
