La Sagrada Família gives away 400 pairs of tickets for a heavenly concert with the Escolania de Montserrat

Next Friday, 21 November, the church will be transformed into a cathedral of treble voices with a recital featuring the Escolania de Montserrat, the Copenhagen Boys Choir (Denmark) and the Tölzer Knabenchor (Germany). Three legendary choirs, one stage and an occasion that promises to come close to the divine.

The concert, which will begin at 18:30, will celebrate the thousandth anniversary of Montserrat monastery and the centenary of Antoni Gaudí's death, in an event seeking to unite two symbols of the Catalan soul: spirituality and art.

For those who dream of hearing those voices beneath the church's towers, there is good news: the Sagrada Família is giving away 400 free pairs of tickets in a draw. Taking part is as simple as filling in the form available on its official website before 21:00 on 16 November. Winners will receive an invitation to attend the concert and be part of a unique experience: seeing how the sound of children's singing rises among the columns of stone and light.

And for those who do not secure one of the coveted tickets, the church will offer a live stream open to everyone.

This recital marks one of the first events of the Año Gaudí, the grand celebration that will culminate in 2026, when it will be one hundred years since the architect's death. The basilica is preparing events, exhibitions and, above all, the inauguration of the Torre de Jesucristo, which will complete the dream Gaudí bequeathed to Barcelona.
