Since July 2024, Cuenta Digital has brought together all public services in a single application. More than 949,000 people have already used it to carry out one million transactions. In addition, personalised notifications and suggestions make communication with the administration easier and clearer.
The VisitMadrid.es portal, honoured at the Splash Awards 2025, has turned three websites into a single practical resource: a real-time events calendar, an interactive map with 600 places of interest and 160 routes for walking and cycling trips. This website helps people discover Madrid as a modern, vibrant and welcoming city.
