Madrid launches a virtual ticket for €1.80 for unlimited bus and bicycle journeys
Madrid has offered its residents a unique opportunity: for €1.80 they can travel around the city without limits, using the bus and electric bicycle.
Madrid City Council presents a new virtual ticket that will allow residents to make unlimited journeys on buses and BiciMad electric bicycles for 90 minutes. This initiative seeks to support public transport and reduce environmental pollution. The ticket can be activated through the EMT and Madrid Mobility 360 apps.
The new pass aims to make travel around the city easier and reduce congestion, especially at peak times. Users will be able to use it both to travel by bus and to make short trips on BiciMad bicycles, provided that each trip does not exceed 30 minutes.
