New exams in schools and secondary schools to improve education
More than 280,000 pupils in Madrid will take assessment tests in Primary and Secondary education this April. The aim is to detect shortcomings in core skills and adapt teaching to the reality of each classroom.
The assessments will include students in fourth and sixth year of Primary, and in second and fourth year of ESO, expanding the scope set by national regulations. They will be carried out in public, concerted, and private schools, allowing schools to adjust their methods and resources.
