Madrid brings back the Christmas train with a new route on line 3

Madrid's Christmas train has started running again, and until 6 January it will travel along line 3, bringing a festive atmosphere to all passengers. This year, the train is decorated with bright lights and new elements inspired by classic Christmas motifs. On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays until 24 December, Father Christmas and his elves will accompany the journey. For residents of Arganzuela, the celebration is especially close by: line 3 has four stations in the neighbourhood —Embajadores, Palos de la Frontera, Delicias and Legazpi—, so the Christmas train can literally be found just next to home.
