A new cultural offering arrives in Madrid and places technology at the centre. Groups of up to six people will be able to experience an adventure inspired by Black Mirror. Espacio Delicias hosts this hybrid, physical and digital experience.
Madrid adds to its cultural agenda an offering that does not go unnoticed by those looking for different plans: the first immersive experience based on the Black Mirror universe is now available in the city. The event is at Espacio Delicias, where groups of up to six people can enter an original story that explores the impact of technology and artificial intelligence on everyday life.
For 60 minutes, participants become the protagonists of a plot that mixes the physical and the digital. The experience begins in the Phaethon showroom, a fictional company presenting Life Agent, its most advanced AI assistant. The journey invites reflection on the role of technology in today’s society, in an environment reminiscent of the series’ most unsettling episodes.
The initiative, developed by Banijay Live Studio together with Univrse, pioneers in interactive cable-free virtual reality, marks the first time that the Black Mirror universe has been brought to in-person entertainment. Tickets, available from 19 euros, can be booked for groups of up to six people and are aimed at those aged over 12.
Madrid continues to expand its offer of immersive exhibitions, with proposals such as ‘From Monet to Kandinski. Revolutionary art’ at the Nomad Museo Inmersivo or ‘Cleopatra’ at MAD Artes Digitales. The city is adjusting its rhythm once again and is committed to experiences combining art, technology and active participation.
Espacio Delicias, located in one of the capital’s areas with the most cultural activity, has established itself in recent years as a meeting point for those seeking innovative offerings. Its programme usually attracts both Madrid residents and visitors, and its ability to adapt to new trends makes it a benchmark for events that mix technology and culture. Madrid is already beginning to move in that direction.
The Black Mirror Experience™ arrives in Madrid as the European initiative’s first stop, making the city a laboratory for an offering that will later extend to other markets. Tickets range from 19 euros on weekdays to 25 euros at weekends, with reduced rates for students and families. Those wishing to book can now do so on the official website or ticket-sales platforms; sessions are distributed across time slots throughout the day and demand has been high since advance sales opened.
