Grey Tuesday in Madrid: rain, cold and snow in the mountains

On 17 February, cloudy and humid weather is expected in the Comunidad de Madrid. According to the forecast from the Agencia Estatal de Meteorología, the sky will be overcast, there will be light rain in some areas, and temperatures will drop slightly.

In Madrid, temperatures will range between 7 and 13 degrees. Light showers are possible around midday and in the evening. Winds will be light and from the west, so the dampness will make it feel colder.

In the mountain areas, including Navacerrada y Cercedilla, rainfall will be more persistent. In higher areas, snow is likely and temperatures will stay between 4 and 6 degrees. In the morning and at night, there may be difficulties on the mountain passes.

In the south of the region, in Móstoles, Fuenlabrada y Getafe, it will remain cloudy with light rain, and temperatures will rise to 14 degrees. In the Henares area, including Alcalá de Henares y Torrejón de Ardoz, rain is less likely but cannot be ruled out completely.

On Wednesday, the weather will gradually stabilise, with some clear spells, although it will remain cool.
