Móstoles celebrates San Valentín with the support of local businesses

Móstoles has launched a festive campaign for Día de San Valentín, aimed at revitalising the city's shops and restaurants and encouraging residents. The initiative includes competitions, prize draws, and financial support for shop decorations.

Local businesses can take part in the decoration contest with two options: traditional red decorations or an alternative in black. Winners will receive cash prizes ranging from 100 to 300 euros, and the results will be announced on 25 February. In addition, shops can receive compensation for decoration expenses.

Two prize draws have been organised for residents. In the first, "El corazón de tu barrio", participants take photos next to giant hearts installed in each neighbourhood and have the chance to win mini replicas and vouchers to spend in local shops. In the second, purchases in local shops are rewarded: 15 winners will receive cheque books worth 50 euros each.
