Prado 30 is reborn: work begins to turn it into a centre for health and culture
A new mixed-use space is taking shape in the heart of Madrid, where health and culture will share the stage for the first time.
The Prado 30 building, unused until now, is beginning an ambitious transformation intended to reshape central Madrid. With works already under way, the project will combine a cultural centre and a health centre in one space, offering residents and visitors an unusual proposal: care for the body and nourish the soul without leaving the neighbourhood.
Promoted by the City Council, the plan not only brings a forgotten building back into use, but promises to revitalise the area with new public services and social activity. Prado 30 will be more than a refurbishment: a meeting place for wellbeing and Madrid’s cultural life.
