Renfe will modify services on the C-3 line until 7 May
The C-3 changes its route: night trains to Aranjuez will require a change at Villaverde Bajo
From 16 February to 7 May, Renfe will modify the service on Madrid’s C-3 commuter train line due to infrastructure works being carried out by Adif.
From 21:00 onwards, trains will no longer connect Atocha directly with Aranjuez: Villaverde Bajo station will be the final destination of night services. To continue their journey, passengers will have to change trains.
To maintain the connection, special night trains have been launched between Aranjuez and Villaverde Bajo, with three services in each direction and stops at all intermediate stations.
Renfe has strengthened information at stations and through its digital channels. The company stresses that the temporary restrictions are linked to the modernisation of the tracks and are intended to improve the reliability of the service in the future.
