Winners of the 16th Reimagina't Competition announced: Vídeos lliures de sexisme

Held at the Espai Francesca Bonnemaison and presented by influencer Abril Rodríguez, the event became a meeting point for young creators who use their art to foster dialogue and understanding around conflicts from a perspective free of sexism.
The young participants, guided by the theme of “Conflicts”, explored how differences and disagreements can be a catalyst for change and mutual understanding, culminating in the creation of videos that not only challenge stereotypes but also promote peace and understanding. The event's activities ranged from workshops to competitions, and attendees were able to enjoy a complete experience combining education, entertainment and social activism.
In the presence of figures such as Joana Piñero, president of the Observatory; Raquel Albiol, from Barcelona Provincial Council; and representatives of the Institut Català de les Dones, the creativity and social commitment of young people were rewarded. The winners in various categories received their awards, which include a Filmin subscription and training in audiovisual languages, reaffirming the festival's commitment to the education and professional development of young talent.
The winning works, which can now be viewed on the Reimagina't website, are powerful testimonies to young people's potential to lead cultural change through art and communication. With a record participation of 728 young people who submitted 143 videos, this competition is consolidating itself as an essential platform for youth expression and the fight against sexism in the media.
