The attraction is not only the pool. Its transparent floor visually connects with The Waterfall sculpture by Pere Gifre, and the terrace completes the experience with signature cocktails. It is a plan designed for those seeking a luxurious break rather than a simple dip.
In the Salamanca district, Oh Lola offers a more intimate escape. The centre, driven by Cata Izarra, focuses on personalised skin treatments and aesthetic care, with follow-up afterwards and attention that seeks to move away from the quick, impersonal visit. Average spending is around 80-100 euros.
Chamberí adds another stop with martl, a space where manicure blends with design, music and speciality coffee. Its proposal turns an everyday service into a break experience, with an average spend of 40-45 euros and high demand on Fridays and Saturdays, when booking is advisable.
These plans show how Madrid has learned to create small oases within its own rhythm. They do not replace a beach or a long getaway, but they do offer something valuable in July and August: shade, calm, water, care and the feeling of turning down the city's volume for a while.
