The Talento solidario festival fills the Teatro Juan Prado and reinforces ‘la vida loca’
Valdemoro experienced a day this weekend in which culture and solidarity set the local pace. The charity Talento solidario festival virtually filled the Teatro Juan Prado and raised more than 1,600 euros to support associations in the municipality.
The initiative, organised by Nuevas Generaciones del Partido Popular de Valdemoro, allocated all the funds to AFUCOVA and AFEMV, organisations that work with people with functional diversity and mental health issues. The public’s response confirmed the interest in initiatives that combine leisure and social commitment.
On stage, local artists and groups offered an afternoon of music that highlighted the area’s emerging talent. Belén and Nacho, Álvaro García, Cazadores de Sueños, Coro Voces de Valdemoro and Rebobinados connected with a diverse and enthusiastic audience.
The event also served to reinforce the role of young people in the municipality’s cultural life. The organisers stressed the importance of getting involved in social reality through local initiatives, while institutional representatives valued the positive impact of this type of gathering.
