The opening of Señorío Plaza in Illescas introduces a genuine alternative for those seeking shopping and leisure activities beyond Madrid. Just half an hour away by car, this new shopping centre will open its doors on Thursday 12 March 2026, with an opening celebration lasting four days and a programme of activities designed to attract both families and those looking for a different kind of outing.
Among the first confirmed brands are Alcampo and Lidl, strengthening the supermarket offering in the area. Action, known for its range of low-priced products, will also be present, signalling direct competition in the everyday shopping segment.
The homeware area brings together names such as Ideal Home, Hôma and Jysk, alongside specialist shops such as Bermellón paints, Dormity.com and MaxColchón. The range expands with Toy Planet for toys, Sprinter and Kiabi for fashion, Kiwoko for pets, Feu Vert for mobility equipment, Soloptical and the Reketebien laundry.
Food and drink will take centre stage, with well-known chains such as McDonald’s, Ginos, Vips and 100 Montaditos, alongside venues such as Anubis cocktail bar and café, New Yorkers Café and the Emma Fernández churro shop. The food truck area, managed by Foodtrukertz, will add options such as New York Candy and Bola craft beer.
Family entertainment will also feature prominently with the BowlingCo bowling alley, Odeón Multicines and Magic Waho, an attractions space that includes trampolines, zip lines, a climbing wall and jumping activities.
