A winery is reborn by the sea: architect Erik Morvan sells his boldest home in Poblenou for 8 million
In the neighbourhood where industry turned into creativity, Erik Morvan has taken that metamorphosis to the extreme: turning a former wine cellar into a liveable masterpiece.
Now, this architectural gem located in Poblenou, just 150 metres from the Mediterranean, is on the market for 8 million euros, represented by Sotheby’s International Realty.
