LGTBIQ+ Pride 2025 is already being felt in every corner of Madrid, and in the very heart of Chueca, the Pepina Pastel pastry shop is joining the celebration with a sweet and charitable gesture. Its new launch, PRIDE, is a special-edition cake made up of seven layers of coloured sponge cake, soft cream and a white-chocolate centre, all crowned with the word “pride” written proudly inside it. Available until 7 July in its Mercado de San Antón shop and also online, this cake is not only visually irresistible, but also an act of direct support: 10% of each sale goes to Fundación Eddy, which works for the rights and wellbeing of LGTBIQ+ young people.
