A fair in Colmenar Viejo connects companies and candidates without registration
Colmenar Viejo becomes a key point for those seeking work in Madrid. The 2nd Employment Fair arrives with free access, direct contact with companies and practical resources to improve employability, with no prior registration required.
On 15 and 16 April, the Edificio Municipal La Estación opens its doors from 10:00 to 15:00 with 28 stands from companies, training centres, and public entities. The format allows visitors to speak directly with recruiters, learn about vacancies, and explore new professional opportunities.
Among the participants are large companies and social organisations, as well as municipal services that guide those looking for their first job, wanting to change sector, or considering starting a business. The focus is practical: less theory and more real contact with the job market.
The fair also includes training workshops covering topics from how to improve your CV to using artificial intelligence in the job search. The Comunidad de Madrid is also providing a mobile office and virtual reality experiences to simulate interviews.
