The eagerly awaited summer offer returns: free admission to the Picasso Museum every Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoon

From 15 April, the Picasso Museum in Barcelona returns to its summer opening hours with a proposal that has already become a tradition: PICASSO CONVIDA, an invitation to enjoy art free of charge in a unique setting every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00 to 21:00.

This initiative, which pays tribute to the generosity Picasso always showed towards Barcelona, not only allows free admission but also offers guided tours in Catalan at no additional cost, designed to let visitors explore the work of the Málaga-born artist through an accessible and enriching perspective.

The PICASSO CONVIDA programme turns spring and summer evenings into a special opportunity to reconnect with the painter's legacy, wander through the rooms of the Palau Berenguer d’Aguilar unhurriedly and be captivated by the magic of his brushstrokes as the city's light begins to fade. It is a cultural experience open to everyone that reaffirms the museum's commitment to the public and to universal access to art.
