Wingstop lands on Gran Vía, bringing American flavour to Madrid's plans

Central Madrid gains a new stop for those looking for different plans or a break between shopping and strolling. Wingstop, the well-known US chicken-wing chain, opens its first restaurant in Spain on 26 March, at number 68 Gran Vía. The brand’s arrival expands the fast-food offering in one of the city’s busiest areas, where each opening sets trends and changes the routines of those who live or work nearby.

At the new venue, customers will be able to choose classic wings, boneless wings or tenders, combined with flavours such as Lemon Pepper, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan or Spicy Korean Q, accompanied by seasoned fries and homemade ranch sauce, a combination already popular in other cities. Wingstop’s opening joins the recent arrival of US chains such as Little Caesars, Krispy Kreme, Papa John's, Popeyes and Carl's Jr., reinforcing Madrid’s gastronomic offering.

This new establishment further broadens Gran Vía’s palette of flavours, consolidating its reputation as one of the capital’s main culinary streets and underlining its importance to urban life and the city’s residents.
